Non-Return & No-Refund Policy

At Agile Solution Sdn Bhd, we strive to provide high-quality software solutions, consultation, and support services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Return Policy

Agile Solution Sdn Bhd does not accept returns for all products sold, including but not limited to:

  • Accounting Software

  • Payroll Software

  • POS Systems

  • Attendance Systems

  • Software Licenses

  • Digital Downloads

  • Software Activation Keys

Once customers confirm and receive the order, they cannot return the products.

Software licensing and digital products do not allow returns after customers activate, install, or receive them.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through our website or through our sales representatives are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Customer no longer requires the software

  • Compatibility issues with the customer’s system that were not disclosed before purchase

  • Failure to use the software after purchase

3. License Activation

Once a software license has been issued, activated, or registered, it is considered consumed and cannot be revoked. Therefore, refunds or exchanges are strictly not allowed.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the product purchased meets their requirements

  • Checking system compatibility before purchase

  • Requesting product demonstrations or consultation if necessary

Our team provides pre-sales consultation to help customers choose the most suitable solution.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to system error

  • Billing error from our side

  • Product cannot be delivered due to technical issues from our company

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Technical Support

Although we do not provide refunds, Agile Solution Sdn Bhd commits to helping customers use our products successfully.

Customers receive:

  • Product installation assistance

  • Basic user guidance

  • Technical support according to the purchased support plan

7. Policy Updates

Agile Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
